our promise 🤝
we’re a small, eco-minded 3d-printing studio that cares deeply about quality and customer happiness. if something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right—fast.
refunds & returns (individual customers)
- 48-hour check: please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery and email hello@pix3l.com.au with photos if there’s an issue.
- replacements first: wherever possible we’ll replace faulty or incorrect items free of charge.
- refunds: if we can’t replace, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- change-of-mind: because every item is made to order, we can’t offer refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect selection. please double-check sizes and custom text before checkout.
- shipping costs: original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
business & bulk orders
for businesses purchasing in larger volumes (event packs, corporate gifts, white-label items), the same warranty window applies. custom-branded or personalised products are non-refundable once production begins, unless faulty.

interested in stocking pix3l goodies or partnering on exclusive launches? we take on a limited number of stockists each year.
