We make to order therefore can not refund or exchange for change of mind.

We may offer store credit, upon the return of the product within fourteen (14) calendar days of your purchase if there is a fault in the product only. Our items are 3D printed. This is an additive process and no two products will be the same.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and communicate with you throughout.
If anything is unclear or you have any questions feel free to contact our customer support team.
Please note 3D printing is an additive process. There maybe slight imperfections and this is normal.
Our digital services are non-refundable.
